Earlier this year, global investment firm, ShawKwei & Partners (“ShawKwei”) acquired a 100% stake in Rauxel Pty Ltd (“Rauxel”), a leading private label manufacturer in premium, clean and creative haircare and skincare solutions. Rauxel has been merged into ShawKwei’s existing portfolio company ICONS Beauty Group (“ICONS”) creating a new leader in full-service and turnkey products, Icons Rauxel Pty Ltd. (“ICONS|Rauxel”).
Founded in 1986, ICONS|Rauxel is a key manufacturer of leading hair and beauty products, with over 90% of products based on custom formulations developed by ICONS|Rauxel’s in-house laboratory experts. Specializing in Australian botanicals and natural extracts, ICONS|Rauxel supports trends for sustainable and innovative beauty products, working with industry leading haircare and skincare brands.

As part of Icons, services at ICONS|Rauxel expand to include design and development of custom packaging or stock tooling solutions through collaboration with ICONS|ICS, all to ensure continued excellence in quality and speed-to-market solutions for customers.
