Due to significant business growth and an expanding production pipeline, we are seeking a sophisticated, operationally minded Account Manager to join our team. This is a critical, multi-faceted role designed for a professional who excels at the intersection of Client Relations and Supply Chain Operations. You will act as the primary liaison between our premium clients and our internal teams, overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle and ensuring that world-class products move seamlessly from concept to shipment.

📌 Personal Care Industry experience is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • – Oversee a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • – Understand client objectives, schedules, challenges, and expectations.
  • – Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, managingthe schedule and client communication throughout the full order lifecycle, from order entry to shipment.
  • – Coordinate with internal production teams to confirm production schedules.
  • – Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
  • – Participate in production planning meetings with internal teams and with clients.
  • – Communicate order schedules, updates, changes, and any potential delays to customers on time.
  • – Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • – Proactively engage existing clients to request and maintain sales forecasts.
  • – Align customer forecasts with internal planning, production, and inventory requirements.
  • – Maintain accurate records of orders, forecasts, and customer communications in internal systems.
  • – Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • – Contribute to new business growth by assisting the Sales team with maintaining the sales pipeline and converting active leads into confirmed clients.
  • – Maintain accurate client records, client contact lists, and updates to client fact sheets.
  • – Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • – Confidently take action to ensure customer complaints are prioritized, delegated to the appropriate department, and resolutions communicated to the client.
  • – Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and forecast updates as required.

About You:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • – 3+ years’ experience in Account Management, Order Management, or similar
  • – Experience within contract manufacturing in the personal care, skin care, or cosmetic industry is a plus
  • – Strong understanding of production environments and supply chain coordination
  • – High proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • – Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • – Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • – Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • – Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
